Total Sheetmetals Ltd is a locally owned and operated Sheetmetal Engineering Company in Palmerston North. Total Sheetmetals was established by John Palmer in 1991. John’s commitment to deliver the highest level of service to his clients continues on today. Owners, Damian and Kylie Mulcahy, along with their team are committed to working with their clients to produce products of an excellent standard in a timely manner.

At our Palmerston North workshop, we have a team of focused and committed people including 10 highly-skilled Tradesmen, CNC Plasma Operator, HVAC Manager, Labourers and a supportive Administration Team.

We are committed to providing ongoing industry training for our team. We have team members who are certified & ticketed welders - including several ASME IX Carbon & Stainless Steel(duplex) qualifications and procedures. Members of our team are also Confined Space Entry, Work at Height and both Permit Receiver and Permit Issuer trained.
